Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days.
  • We ship within the United States via USPS and UPS.
  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150.

Product Information

Each tote bag is hand-painted and one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in color, brush strokes, or embellishments are natural and part of the uniqueness of handmade work.

Liability

We do our very best to make sure our products are described and photographed accurately. Dana’s Uncommon Glass is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control.
  • Slight artistic variations in hand-painted products.
