Refund policy


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn and unused
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at dana@danasuncommonglass.com. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us before ordering.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at dana@danasuncommonglass.com.
