Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products.  This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options

We ship orders using USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S. only): Delivery typically within 3–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping (U.S. only): Faster options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

Delivery Estimates

All delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at dana@danasuncommonglass.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.

  • Damaged items: Please include photos of the package and product.
  • Lost items: A claim will be filed with the carrier. If the package cannot be located, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
