Yes to the Dress holds a special place in my collection as one of my first explorations into combining fabric and resin with hand-painted artwork to create a beautiful and lasting piece of wearable art. Inspired by the excitement, romance, and anticipation surrounding a bride's search for the perfect dress, this design celebrates one of the most memorable moments of the wedding journey. The artwork is richly embellished with marbles, dimensional floral ribbon, delicate tulle, and touches of glitter paint that add texture, depth, and sparkle. These mixed-media elements create a layered, couture-inspired look that brings the bridal gown to life and showcases the artistic techniques that make this piece unique. Each tote is a labor-intensive, mixed media masterpiece created in Dana's Las Vegas studio.

I spend 4 to 6 hours meticulously hand-painting and hand placing embellishments - including curated beads, charms, ribbons and metallic elements - making every piece entirely unique.

A professional gloss resin finish is applied to seal the artwork, which then cures for 24 hours to ensure high-gloss durability.

Because each tote is painted and embellished by hand, slight variations are part of the beauty and individuality of every piece.

Built for everyday life. The hand-painted artwork and mixed-media embellishments are permanently locked beneath a crystal-clear, water-resistant resin seal. This protective layer protects against cracking, peeling and scratching. To maintain its pristine boutique look, simply wipe the resin and canvas down with a soft damp cloth.
