Hand-Painted Midnight Gold Jeweled Purse Tote

Midnight Gold began with a simple discovery. When I found the woven gold flowers featured on this design, I immediately knew I wanted to create something special around them. Their delicate texture and vintage-inspired elegance became the inspiration for this sophisticated purse tote. Set against a dramatic black purse silhouette, the woven flowers are complemented by topaz-colored jewels, decorative chain, crystal accents, and carefully selected metal findings. The result is a design that feels timeless, elegant, and just a little glamorous. Like all of my designs, Midnight Gold was created to be both artistic and wearable—a statement piece for women who appreciate beautiful details and distinctive style.

Each tote is a labor-intensive, mixed media masterpiece created in Dana's Las Vegas studio.

I spend 4 to 6 hours meticulously hand-painting and hand placing embellishments - including curated beads, charms, ribbons and metallic elements - making every piece entirely unique.

A professional gloss resin finish is applied to seal the artwork, which then cures for 24 hours to ensure high-gloss durability.

Because each tote is painted and embellished by hand, slight variations are part of the beauty and individuality of every piece.

Built for everyday life. The hand-painted artwork and mixed-media embellishments are permanently locked beneath a crystal-clear, water-resistant resin seal. This protective layer protects against cracking, peeling and scratching. To maintain its pristine boutique look, simply wipe the resin and canvas down with a soft damp cloth.
